Hi, I’m Petya Samandzhieva — a poet, storyteller, and creative spirit shaped by many places and voices.

Born in Bulgaria, I’ve lived and worked in the UK, Dubai, and now the United States. Each place has left its mark on me, deepening my love for language, culture, and human connection. I believe stories live everywhere — in quiet corners, busy airports, and unexpected conversations with strangers.

Writing has always been my way of capturing those fleeting moments. I’ve published several poetry collections, including Love Suits Me, Aflame, and Childhood Fairy, as well as a children’s book filled with warmth, wonder, and imagination. My poems often reflect on love, identity, and transformation, and my work has been featured both locally and internationally — most recently in Around Each Corner, a collaborative book released in Annapolis, Maryland.

I’m currently completing new novel projects that have grown alongside me over the years — stories exploring emotional journeys, cultural contrasts, and the quiet power of change.

When I’m not writing, I love discovering new places, listening to people’s stories, and working in digital marketing — helping others shape their voice and brand through authentic storytelling.
